4.1
Control Box Operation
The transfer deck is provided with all the necessary air hoses connected. To operate the
transfer deck, make the appropriate connections.

The transfer deck is designed to work with the incline conveyor. This manual explains
how to operate the unit working together with the incline conveyor.
Use the up/down table switch located on the control box to operate the transfer deck
option. Turn the up/down table switch to the "AUTO" position to make the table lower
when the lumber comes from the incline conveyor. The table raises automatically when
the lumber gets on the table and leaves the conveyor. The lumber slides down when the
table raises.

Turn the up/down table switch to the "DOWN" position to lower the transfer deck table.
Use the "DOWN" position to keep the table down when operating the kicker.
