Sawmill Alignment
Blade Guide Level
Perform the following adjustments to make sure the blade guide assembly is parallel to
the blade.
1.
Loosen the alignment bar mounting bolt. Use the provided bottom disk adjustment tool to
adjust the alignment bar up so the bar is close to, but not touching the bottom of the
blade. Retighten the alignment bar mounting bolt
2.
Check that the gap from the alignment bar to the blade is the same along entire length of
the bar. Shine a flashlight behind the blade guide assembly to help you see the gap
between the bar and the blade. To adjust, loosen the rear clamp bolts, but leave snug.
Determine which outer bolt to use to tilt the blade guide assembly as desired. Loosen the
jam nut and turn the bolt until the alignment bar is parallel to the blade. Retighten the jam
nut and clamp bolts. Repeat for the second blade guide assembly.
