Blade Housing

1.

Remove the excess sawdust from the blade wheel housings and sawdust chute every
blade change.

See Figure 3-2.

2.

Make sure the blade screw in the top center of the C-frame is 1/16" (1.5 mm) below the
bottom of the blade. If not, loosen the nut and adjust the screw as necessary. Check the
screw every 500 hours of operation. Failing to maintain this adjustment will lead to early
blade breakage.
