Remove the Wok Top Plate
Lift the wok top plate directly upward from the wok support
assembly.
WARNING
The wok top plate is very heavy. Two people may be
necessary to lift the wok top plate. Verify there is
adequate clearance around the unit before
attempting to lift the wok top plate. Make sure the
surface can support the wok top plate after setting it
down. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in
grave personal injury or damage to the unit,
countertop, or wok top plate.
WOK TOP PLATE INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Top Plate
Set the wok top plate onto the wok support assembly. The
keyed feature on the wok top plate's rear right-hand side
should align with the hole in the wok support assembly.
TIP: The "FRONT" embossed label on the wok top plate's
bottom side should face toward the bullnose and knobs. The
"BACK" label should face toward the back of the unit.

WOK FRAME ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
To remove the wok frame assembly, first remove:

Remove the Wok Frame Assembly

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the wok frame
assembly mounting screws.

Lift the wok frame assembly upward from the burner box.
WOK FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Frame Assembly

Place the wok frame assembly into the burner box.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to install the wok frame assembly
mounting screws.
WOK ENCLOSURE REMOVAL
To remove the wok enclosure, first remove:
