7. Operation
7.1 Control "C" (option)
The control serves to trigger and monitor the pump unit. It is capable of switching the pump
on and off depending on time and load. Furthermore, the control can be used to monitor the
filling level and functioning of the progressive distributors. In case of fault, a corresponding
message can be submitted to a superior system. The control needs to be started by way of
an external "release".
Control variant "C":
Without connections 8.1 and 8.2

With connections 8.1 and 8.2

When voltage supply is switched on, the control displays "ON" or "OFF", where "ON"
indicates readiness for operation (external release = 24 V on Pin 2).
On the control, you can adjust various menu items and parameters. The meanings of the
various menu items are as follows:


P1 Selection between time mode (001) and pulse mode (002)
