During operation
❚
Checks must be carried out regularly. Pay special attention to:

unusual noises or temperatures
-
loose fixing elements
-
the condition of the electrical cables
❚
The armature plate must be attracted and the rotor must move without residual torque.
❚
Measure the DC voltage at the brake.
-
After the over-excitation time (refer to bridge/half-wave rectifier,
34), the measured DC voltage
must correspond to the holding voltage (refer to
33). A deviation of ±10 % is permissible.
❚
If a fault or malfunction occurs, look through the error search table (
46). If the fault cannot be fixed
or eliminated, please contact your customer service.

Danger: rotating parts!
The running rotor must not be touched.

There is a risk of injury by electrical shock!
Live connections must not be touched.
