4.7 Telephone Receptacle
Chapter 4: Removal, Replacement, and Adjustment Procedures
Replacement
1. Install the telephone interface connector into the back of the modular
phone receptacle (D).
2. Install the modular phone receptacle (D) into the patient phone faceplate
(C) with the phone plate screws (A).
3. Install the patient phone faceplate (C) and screws (B) on the device plate.
4. Check the telephone interface connector for correct phone function.
