4. Remove the duplex faceplate (C) and insulator (D), if so equipped.

5. Remove the duplex receptacle attaching screws (E).

6. Pull the duplex receptacle (G) out of the opening in the raceway.

7. Loosen the screws holding the color-coded wires (F).

8. Note the colors of the wires and their location.

9. Remove the wires from the terminals.
