FITTING:
1.
Remove the rear light clusters. Open the luggage compartment to reveal two screws each side. Remove the screws
and ease each cluster rearwards. Ease the rubber bung from the vehicle body and pull the cable through to enable the
unclipping of the electric plug. Take care not to drop the cable back through the opening. Remove the plastic fixing
revealed when the cluster is removed.

Remove 4 screws from within each wheel arch.
3.
Remove plastic fixings from along the lower edge of the bumper. Remove the fixings attaching the plastic undertray to
the underside of the vehicle.
4.
Remove two bolts from each side of the bumper beam.
5.
Remove the bumper along with the attached crash beam. Starting at the bumper tips, carefully peel the bumper from
its fixings until free, then slide rearwards. Unplug any wiring connecting the bumper to the vehicle.
6.
Detach electrical wiring from the crash beam. Remove fixings attaching the crash beam to the bumper and remove.
Hand the beam back to customer along with any fixings.

Slide Sidearms (

) and (

) down into the chassis rails as shown below and attach loosely using fixings (

).
Ensure the
chassis face and holes are clear of mastic compound
.
8.
Loosely attach Crossbar (
A
) to the Sidearms (
B
) & (
C
) using fixings (
E
).
9.
Attach chosen neck option (
ZN
) and electric kit (
ZE
).
10.
Align Crossbar (
A
), Electric Kit (
ZE
) and Chosen Neck (
ZN
) and
tighten ALL fixings to their correct torque settings.
11.
Cut the bumper using the diagram below
as a guide
. The larger cut is needed when using the retractable electric kit.
Cut the plastic undertray to suit. Re-fit the bumper, attaching any wiring previously attached to the crash beam to the
Crossbar (A) using the Cable Ties (F). Re-attach the undertray and electrics to the vehicle.
Recommended torque settings:
Grade 8.8 bolts: M10
– 52 Nm,
M12 - 95 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
