Do the repair shown there.
There is air in the cooling water
system

Release the unwanted air from the cooling
water system.
The SAC is dirty

Clean the SAC on the air side, refer to
Clean the scavenge air cooler during oper-
ation
.
The SAC is defective
•
Repair or replace the SAC.
