Winsig 3.1 Camping Antenna Usage Guide
The WINSIG 3.01Camper is a single plane log periodic antenna with a unique swivel function to receive transmissions in both
the vertical and horizontal planes.
1.
Connection of the antenna to your Caravan TV and power supply is shown in the diagram overleaf.

The orientation shown in the above picture is for receiving horizontal signals, in order to receive vertical signals, loosen
the wing nut, and swing the antenna 90 degrees, until the bracket prevents further movement, then re
-
tighten the wing
nut.
3.
Turn the antenna so that the nose faces the nearest transmission tower.
Note: there are several very handy apps for
both Apple and Android phones. These will show you via GPS navigation, in which direction to point your antenna.
They are free, and available from the respective application stores.

t forget to run the auto tuning function on your television each time you reposition your antenna, or change from
vertical to horizontal orientation.
The electronic signal booster is located inside the plastic shell of the antenna.
Note: the power injector must be connected
and the power switched on for the antenna to receive any television signals.
