2.5 First-Time Operation
To get started:
1. Install SIM card (If your device is equipped with 4G/LTE).
2. Install storage card.
3. Install the battery.
4. Charge your tablet.
5. Start the tablet.
2.5.1 Installing SIM Card (For 4G/LTE Equipped Devices)
The Tablet Computer supports 4G/LTE data connection and fits a Micro-SIM card.
Caution
Power off the tablet before installing the 4G/LTE module and Micro SIM card, or
the tablet computer might be damaged by the incorrect installation behaviors.

Éteignez la tablette avant d'installer le module 4G / LTE et la carte Micro SIM,
sinon la tablette peut être endommagée par des comportements d'installation incorrects.
To install the SIM card:
1. Remove the battery.
2. The SIM card slot is located right next the battery connector.
3. Install SIM card into slot with IC facing down the contact patch.

Installing Battery
To install the battery pack:
1. Disconnect any cords connected to the tablet computer.
2. Turn the tablet over, back facing up.
3. Insert the battery on the connector-pins side first, and then lower the battery into the battery
compartment. Continue to hold the latches before battery is fully inserted.
4. Make sure the battery is completely lowered into the compartment before letting go the
latches. Battery will be flat against the housing once fully inserted.
To remove the battery pack:
1. Shut down the tablet. Disconnect any cords connected to the computer.
2. Turn the tablet computer over, back facing up.
3. Hold the latches and lift the battery up to remove the battery.
