CABINET ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

1.
Remove the cabinet from the frame (

CAUTION
to avoid personal injury or damaging the
product.
2.
Remove packaging materials from cabinet assembly.
3.
The cabinet installs on the
PATIENT LEFT
side of chair (

). Insert the cabinet assembly into the
receiving tube.
ALWAYS
make sure that the slot in the Arm Assembly faces the knob installed on the
receiving tube. (

4.
Adjust the Cabinet to the desired height and tighten knob.

Cabinet installation is complete (
FIG 3
)
Be sure to tighten the BLACK KNOB to secure the cabinet even if no height adjustment is made.
This will ensure cabinet is secure for use.
