ial cable between the 680XXB rear panel

Step 3
Turn on the 680XXB and configure it as
described in the following paragraphs.
Configuring
the 680XXB
In order for the 680XXB to operate with a 360B in
tracking receiver mode, its GPIB address and data
terminator must match the System Bus source ad-
dress and data terminator that are set on the 360B
VNA. Verify the GPIB address and data terminator
as follows:
Step 1
On the 680XXB, press
SYSTEM
. At the
System Menu display, press
Config
. At
the System Configuration Menu display,
press
GPIB
. The Configure GPIB Menu
(shown below) is displayed.
Step 2
To change the address of the 680XXB on
the System Bus, press
GPIB Address
.
Enter the new address using the cursor
control key or the data entry keypad and
the terminator key
