USB Rechargeable Thermometer with Timer
CAUTION
Thermometer may be hot after use, do not touch without protecting hands. DO NOT leave thermometer in
the oven or grill during cooking, damage to the plastic pieces will occur.
IMPORTANT:
In order to protect the product during transportation, the thermometer is partially charged. Please fully
charge before first use. See CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS for more information.
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
A Type-C (5-volt) USB charging cord is included with the thermometer. You will also need to use your own wall
outlet converter to plug the USB cord into a wall outlet to charge the thermometer.
2.
Insert the small end of the USB charging cord into the base of the thermometer (there is a USB logo above a spot
on the thermometer to help locate the placement). Insert the large end of the USB charging cord into your wall
outlet converter, then plug your converter into a wall outlet to start charging.

After the initial charge, subsequent charges will take approximately 2 hours.
NOTE:
Damage to the thermometer may occur with charging voltages greater than 5 volts. The internal lithium-ion,
rechargeable battery has a maximum capacity of 500mAh. The battery cannot be replaced.
THERMOMETER INSTRUCTIONS
(RANGE: -40°F TO 500°F AND -40°C TO 260°C)

Extend the probe to a straight position by carefully extending it from the side of the thermometer following the
direction of the pivot wheel.

Sterilize the metal probe inserting it into an appropriate solution such as boiling water for several minutes
before first use and after each subsequent use.

The thermometer is factory set to Fahrenheit. To change the units of measurement to Celsius, press the

To use, remove food from oven and insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, immersing the
stem at least 1”, but not in contact with the bone, fat, or gristle and wait for the temperature to stabilize.

If additional cooking time is needed, remove the thermometer from the food and return the dish to the oven.
