General information about the web interface
8.2.1
Saving changes
Below each configuration dialog of the web interface, you will find a bar with three buttons:
Save & apply
will save the selection and immediately apply it to the device. If you choose
Save
, the setting will
be saved in the web interface and marked for subsequent use. The configuration page can be reloaded without
changing the set values, using the
Reset
button.
The operating system of the access point saves the configuration changes that are not directly set via
Save &
apply
for stack processing at a later time. You will see this from the text display
Unsaved changes:
in the header
of the web interface.
If you wish to start the stack processing of the as yet unsaved changes, click on the corresponding, color-coded
text field. This will result in you being shown the changes still outstanding.
Now select
Save & apply
to apply the unsaved changes to the device or
Reject
to reset the outstanding
changes.
