For the podis field distributor 83.219.xx01.2, the connection to AS-i is carried out from the flat
cable via penetrating screws.
6.3 Connection of sensors and actuators
Depending on the design, digital inputs/outputs can be placed on the AS interface (see the
block diagrams in the respective device descriptions) via M12 sockets at the podis field dis-
tributor.

6.4 Drive connection
The drive is generally connected via a connecting line, which is connected either permanently
or pluggable at the podis MOT. The connection at the drive can be implemented in different
ways.
The cores of the connecting line are assigned according to the following table.
