Removal from Service, Demounting, Disassembly,

Before starting maintenance, disassembly or repair work, the crimping machine must be
disconnected from power supply. Touching live parts can cause danger of electrocution
with fatal consequences!
DANGER

Due to the risk of hand or finger injury, never try to reach into the electric Crimping Machine
CS 300 before having assured that the machine is disconnected from the power supply.

Disconnect the power supply by pressing the ON/OFF switch and by pulling out the main
plug before mounting or exchanging the adapter, tool head or die set.
CAUTION

Maintenance work may be performed only by authorized and properly trained staff. The
housing and the covers in particular may only be removed by specially trained staff.
+
When working with the electric Crimping Machine CS 300, do not wear loose clothing,
jewellery or long, loose hair that can get caught in the mechanism.
+
During transport and demounting of the machine wear suitable safety shoes.
+
Work with caution.
+
Only one person is allowed to work on or with the electric Crimping Machine CS 300.

Storage
Store the machine in the original box at room temperature.

Disposal
For the disposal of the electric Crimping Machine CS 300, send it back to WEZAG GmbH.
