5. Run a number of washes complete with loads and check:
•
There are no water leaks
•
The automatic hood lift's anti-crushing system is working
•
The water temperatures are maintained
•
The dishware is clean:
N.B.: If the machine is equipped with detergent dosing, this function is
roughly set at the factory; contact your chemical supplier for a more precise
setting.
•
The dishware is dry
N.B.: If the machine is equipped with drying agent dosing, this function is
roughly set at the factory; contact your chemical supplier for a more precise
setting.
6. Final check: Empty the machine and turn off the power using the power
switch.
•
Re-tighten all connections on contacts and any circuit breakers
•
Set all the circuit breakers to the ON position
•
Display the maintenance instructions supplied with the machine.
7. Train the dishwashing personnel
•
Washing
•
Care (daily, weekly and other frequencies)
•
Recommendation for annual service

Documentation
For correct use and servicing, it is essential that the documentation
accompanying the machine is made available to personnel who will be using the
machine. The installation and user manual, which describes handling and care
among other things, should be stored near the machine.
