Preparations before filling
The dishware must not be soaked if granules are to be used during washing.
To avoid the wash nozzles getting blocked, it is important to remove all large piec-
es of food from the items to be washed before putting them in the machine.
Check:
•
That the machine and removable parts have been cleaned. Clean these if
this has not been done.
•
That no dirt is in the wash arms’ (12) or in the rinse pipes’ (23) nozzles.
•
removable parts are correctly in place
•
That the stopcocks on the incoming water supply are open.
•
That there are granules in the granule wash tank (15).
•
That the wash tank (16) is completely free from granules. Granules in the
wash tank can cause a water leak round the rubber sleeve on the level pipe
(17).
•
the amount of detergent and drying agent.
Fit:
•
The level pipe (18). The rubber sleeve of the level pipe (17) must be sealed
against the bottom plate.
•
the cover plates (13)
•
filters (14)
Remember:
•
Ordinary washing-up liquid must not be used in the machine or for soaking.
Contact your detergent supplier regarding the choice of a suitable deter-
gent. Washing-up liquid causes a build-up of foam, produces poor wash re-
sults and can damage the machine.
•
Steel wool must not be used for pre-treating the dishware.
•
Only detergent and drying agent intended for industrial machines may be
used.
•
If using liquid detergent and drying agent, the same make and type of de-
tergent and drying agent should be used.
•
If the machine is equipped with a condensing unit, dishware should be re-
moved from the machine as soon as the wash cycle is complete so that re-
condensation does not occur.
