Simple Measurement (Measuring without Width of the Housing)
Place the device on the right wall and press the button
(10) to
switch on. On the display the measurement value (H) flashes. Select
the desired measuring unit (see Switching over the measuring unit/
keep the keys
and
pressed for 6 seconds. Before measuring,
decide which point should serve as reference point for measuring (in
the example it is the “left edge“), by pressing the key
. On the display
the reference arrow (I) appears.
Roll the device over the distance to be measured and read the result on
the display. The device measures the distance from the left edge of the
device up to the left corner of the wall. To stop the measurement and to
freeze the result, press the button
(10). The result starts flashing.
The device automatically switches off after approx. 2 minutes. The last
measuring result will be saved. To recall the measuring result, press
the „Start/Stop“ button
(10). The result will appear and flash.
