MILLING DISC GUIDE
Use the chart below as a guide for the most common uses of the discs.
NOTE:
Cooked foods can be used with any disc to process food to the consistency
you desire.

chunky cooked fruits and vegetables
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION
Entanglement Hazard.
To avoid injury, do not reach into food chute.
Do not operate without lid in place.
1.
Place food mill securely over desired pot or bowl using bowl mount legs to hold
it in place. Make sure food is cooked and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces and
has been prepared according to recipe requirements.
2.
Remove lid and add food to max fill line in food bowl. Reattach lid and secure
lid latches.
NOTE:
Make sure base is locked onto food bowl and lid is correctly aligned,
with lid latches locked onto lid latch tabs, before plugging unit in. Food mill will
not function if not properly assembled.
3.
Plug into outlet.
4.
Push power switch forward for 2-4 auger rotations, then reverse 1-2 rotations,
alternating until food in food bowl has been milled. Food bowl scraper directs
food down into bowl while processing.
5.
Lift up food mill from pot or bowl. Use spatula to scrape bottom of milling disc.
Place back on pot or bowl.
6.
Process any remaining food through food chute.
7.
Unplug when finished.
