CARE INSTRUCTIONS
REGULAR WAXING IS RECOMMENDED. DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF POLISH OR WAX THAT MAY CONTAIN ABRASIVES
STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTS CAN BE CLEANED WITH MILD SOAP AND WATER. STAINLESS STEEL POLISH SHOULD BE USED TO POLISH SMALL SCRATCHES.
GLOSS BLACK FINISHES SHOULD BE CLEANED WITH MILD SOAP AND WATER

1. Remove contents from box, verify if all parts listed are present and free from damage. Carefully read and understand all instruc-
tions before attempting installation.
2. Remove the factory tow loops that are located on the driver side. This is held with four 18mm fasteners. These components will
not be re-installed after installation. FIGURE 1
3. Temporarily un-attach the evaporative emissions control canister located on the left of the driver side uni-body channel. Only
lower the unit by removing two 13mm screws from the mounting bracket. Do not disconnect any of the EVAP hoses or lines.

4. Remove the two small brackets holding the bottom of the rear bumper cover to the aluminum bumper support. Only the two
push clips will be re-used.
5. Notching the bottom of the bumper cover will be required for installation. Please see the diagram on page 2 for dimension de-
tails. Additional cutting may be needed if installing a trailer wiring connector bracket.
6. With assistance, raise the hitch assembly up to the uni-body channels and align the slots on the mounting flanges to the threaded
holes on the vehicle. Secure the assembly using the supplied M12 fasteners. FIGURE 3 & 4
7. Align hitch as desired and torque all M12 fasteners to 50-55 ft-lbs
8. Attach the bottom of the bumper cover to the receiver hitch main tubes using the supplied retainer brackets and M10 fasteners.
Use the factory bumper clips to attach the bumper cover to the retainer brackets. FIGURE 5
9. Re-attach the EVAP canister in the reverse order of removal. FIGURE 6
