Table 2-7. Correct Washer Plates for each 3U mounting kit

Washer plates also have a front and a back.The chamfered holes should open towards the outside of the 
rack so that the screws sit flush. In the washer plate with the standoffs, screws should only be inserted into 
the top and bottom holes. The thumbscrews on the blanking plates will attach to the standoffs.
