Multiple systems must not influence each other
• With multiple systems, it is important to ensure
that a receiver is only reached by the light from
the corresponding emitter.
• This can be guaranteed with the following
measures:
– Anti-parallel arrangement (see Fig.)
– Shielding (e.g. with dividing walls, see Fig.)
– Minimum distance at the side = 2 × m

– Different beam coding
