Koolaire UnderCounter Ice Machines : Sequence of Operation
• The Ice Thickness Probe
(ITP) senses Water on the
evaporator and 7 seconds
of contact signals the
control board to start a
harvest cycle
• Water contact with the ITP
will cause the red light on
the control board to come
on during freeze cycle
• Goal is a 1/8” Bridge
thickness
• Set Gap between the tip of
the ITP and Grid to
approximately:
3/16” to 5/16”
