Troubleshooting:
Safety Limit #1: (Long Freeze)
6 consecutive 35 minute Freeze cycles
•
After 3 consecutive 35 minute freeze cycles the Safety Limit #1LED will flash on/off and the ice
machine will continue to run.
• After 6 consecutive 35 minute freeze cycles the Safety Limit #1 LED will stay on and the ice machine
will shut off.
(If the freeze cycle is less than 60 minutes after the service flashing LED sequence has initiated, the flashing shall be
discontinued)
Safety Limit #2: (Long Harvest
100 consecutive 7 minute Harvest cycles
• After 3 consecutive 7 minute Harvest cycles the control board records safety limit #2 in the
memory.
• Safety Limit #2 LED will flash on/off and the ice machine will continue to run.
•
After 100 consecutive 7 minute Harvest cycles the Safety Limit #2 LED will stay on and the ice
machine will shut off.
Note: Safety limit #1 or #2 are recorded in the memory of the control board until either 100 consecutive good
cycles or until another Safety limit condition has been indicated.
To check the memory, turn the ice machine off and on, then look for either SL1 to flash once before start up or
SL2 to flash twice before start up on the control board.
