Koolaire Modular Ice Machines: Sequence of Operation
Harvest Float Switch Ice Thickness Float Switch
During the freeze cycle the water
pump energizes, dropping the water in
the sump trough and circulating the
water over the evaporator.
• Ice Thickness float switch gives
input to control board for water
fill.
•
Maximum Water fill time limit is
6 Minutes.
• Water level raises float switch
(5 seconds) and control board
de-energizes water inlet valve.
•
Batch System = One water
trough of water is equal to one
batch of ice.
• *3 Minutes into the Freeze
