9.5 Cleaning the heat cell

Observe notes on servicing [ch. 9.1].

When cleaning use only plastic brushes (no metal brushes). Make sure that no
residues can enter any existing condensate lift pump and / or neutralisation device.

Cleaning the combustion chamber

Place burner into service position B [ch. 9.4.2].
Check combustion chamber

 for soiling and clean if necessary.

Refit the burner [ch. 9.4.2].

Cleaning the heat exchanger

Remove insulation.
Remove disc nuts

Remove service cover

Remove turbulator

Check the heat exchanger

 for contamination and clean, if necessary

Check gasket
