Warning & Safety instructions
The following warnings and safety related cautionary notices in the individual chapters alert you
to various levels of danger:
DANGER indicates a hazard with a high level of risk, which, if not avoided, will result in death or
serious injury.
WARNING indicates a hazard with a medium level of risk, which, if not avoided, may result in death
or serious injury.
CAUTION indicates a hazard with a low level of risk, which, if not avoided, may result in minor or
moderate injury.
If this information is not observed, this may lead to deteriorations in the operating process or
damage to the machine.
Specific dangers are indicated by the following pictograms:
