Assembly Instructions

Step 1:
• Place one of the open base cabinets w/ adj. shelves
(A)
and one
of the base cabinets w/ door
(B)
upside down on a protected
flat surface with it’s sub-bottoms facing up. (
Upon installer’s
discretion, remove door & shelving before turning cabinets
over to lessen the weight of the cabinets.
)
• When you’re placing cabinets
(A)
&
(B)
down on the protected
surface, align the pre-drilled holes on the side of cabinet
(A)
to
the pre-drilled holes on the back of cabinet
(B)
.
Step 2:
• With cabinets
(A)
&
(B)
aligned together, place the 1/4-20 x 30mm
joint connector bolt w/ loctite through pre-drilled hole on the
inside of one of the cabinets making sure bolt is pushed as far as
it can go.
• While holding the joint connector bolt flush to the cabinet, take
a 1/4-20x17mm joint connector nut and attach it to the end of the
bolt (located in other base cabinet) turning it clockwise until it’s
completely on. Use a 4mm Allen wrench or 4mm Hex bit and a
screw gun to tighten as needed.
• Repeat

with the other Joint connector bolt and nut.
Step 3:
• Repeat

to attach the other base cabinet w/ door

Step 4:
• Using image to the right as an example, slide cabinets
(A)
&
(B)
to cabinets
(C)
&
(D)
making sure you are aligning the pre-
drilled holes on each of the cabinets together.
• Once pre-drilled holes are aligned, place the 1/4-20 x 30mm joint
connector bolt w/ loctite through pre-drilled hole on the inside
of one of the cabinets making sure bolt is pushed as far as it can
go.
• While holding the joint connector bolt flush to the cabinet, take
a 1/4-20x17mm joint connector nut and attach it to the end of the
bolt (located in other base cabinet) turning it clockwise until it’s
completely on. Use a 4mm Allen wrench or 4mm Hex bit and a
screw gun to tighten as needed.
• Repeat
Step 4
to attach the other set of cabinets.
NOTE:
There will be two bolts/ nuts to connect cabinets (A) to (C)
and then another two bolts/ nuts to connect cabinets (B) to (D).
