Viewing sensor info

Make sure you're connected to a sensor.

Go to

File > Sensor Info

to open the Sensor Information

window, which displays the properties unique to each sensor.

serial number. It can

be used to uniquely

identify the sensor.

Can't be changed.

Sensor ID

Shows the 4-digit

numeric string used to

identify the sensor on

a multidrop network.

The SmartSensor

Multidrop protocol

uses the sensor ID

to uniquely address

sensors on a shared

bus.
