(didn’t send any data to server for a long time). If the connecti
on is abnormal,
module cannot send the heartbeat packet to server successfully, if the module failed
to send the packet more than 3 times, it will try to reconnect to server.
To reduce the communication flow during sending query command from
server to device, user could choose to send heartbeat packet (query command) to
serial port of device instead.
The setting command are as below:

4.6 Wireless Networking
WIFI-LPT100-B can be configured to three modes: STA, AP, AP+STA, provide
flexible networking way and network topology method.
AP (Wireless Access Point): It is the center point of network. Generally
wireless router we use is a kind of AP, end devices can interconnect through AP.
STA (Wireless Station): It is an end device of network, for example, a
computer and PDA, etc.
4.6.1 Working as STA
Module could work as a STA. Commonly, the Network is made up by an AP
and several STA. For example, AP is at the center, and the communication among
STA is realize by forwarding through AP.
