To achieve maximum rated current, the power supply voltage may need to be 5.5 VDC because the impedance of external wiring may reduce
the voltage at the laser driver.
2. Compliance voltage depends on power supply voltage. In high-compliance
mode, a maximum compliance voltage of 28 V is obtained using a 30 VDC
power supply. A 5 VDC power supply input results in 3 V compliance voltage.
