1. Skid Mounted FRP Top Mount Softener Systems
with Fleck® 2900 1” Drain
2. Service flow rate ranges are presented based on operation at 5 GPM/ft
3
of resin up to peak
flow rate.
3. Flow rates listed above are based on pressure drop only. Selecting a system based on pressure
drop alone does not guarantee that the system will provide adequately softened water. System
selection should be based on resin quantity, capacity required, feed water analysis, and
application requirements.
4. Operation at peak flow rate is not recommended for extended period of time.
5. Electrical data specific to each individual component
6. Skid dimensions do not reflect brine tank space requirements.

Less than 5.0 NTU
Total Dissolved Solids
Must be below 750mg/l for the softener to produce less
than 1 grain per gallon soft water.
Ambient Temperature
34°F/1°C to 122°F/52°C
Water known to have heavy loads of dirt and debris may require pre-filtration prior to the water
softening system. For all other guideline information please contact your Lync representative.
