3. Remove the two nyloc nuts, two shakeproof washers and two button heads
screws on the R/H Upper Paper Guide and the L/H Upper Paper Guide,
this will give you access to the conveyor shafts behind.

4. Disassemble the timing belt and pulleys from the Upper and Lower Drive
shaft; remove both E-Clips and all M8 nylon washers, both pin needle roll-
ers, three T5 pulleys and the T5 belt.

5. Remove all E-Clips from the L/H end of the Upper Drive shaft and the
Lower Drive shaft.
6. Remove the Door Drive Gear and pin needle roller from the Lower Drive
shaft.
7. Remove the remaining nylon washers and E-Clips from both sides of the
shafts to allow removal.
8. Remove the lower shaft and unhook the small timing belt.
9. Remove the upper shaft and unhook the timing belt.
10. Both belts can now be removed. Replace belts and re-assemble. To re-
assemble reverse the removal procedure.
Note:
Remember to re-attach the timing belt when re-fitting the conveyor
shafts into place.
For booklet making, the DigiVAC is supplied with an integral outfeed con-
veyor in the rear conveyor door. If offset stacking is required, an additional
front outfeed conveyor can be fitted to the machine to allow set delivery to the
front of the machine. This conveyor may be fitted in the factory when the
machine is ordered, or it can be added at a later date (see Section 7.5).
