gas nozzle. (Fit a new O-ring if the old one has been disposed of.)

biohazardous and/or toxic materials. Always wear
chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves while performing this
procedure.
Warning:
To avoid puncture wounds, take great care while working
with the source enclosure open, because the ESI probe tip is sharp.
Caution:
To avoid damage, do not open the source isolation valve
before fitting the sampling cone assembly to the ion block assembly.
