3. Remove the column.
4. Flush the system with 100% HPLC-quality water for 60 minutes at 1
mL/min.
5. Reassemble the detector for operation.
6. Reset the system to operating conditions and evaluate chromatography.

To service the vapor trap
1. Unscrew the vapor trap bottle from the cover, and empty the contents of
the bottle into an appropriate waste container.
2. Replace the vapor trap cover.
