SIP Account –
select which account to display or modify the advanced setting

to display or configure which audio codecs to use
Video Codec
Codec Name –
enable or disable the H.264 codec
Codec Resolution –
to select the resolution
Codec Bitrate –
to select the Bitrate
Codec Payload –
range from 90-119
DTMF
Type –
supports Inband, Info RFC2833 or other combination
How to Notify DTMF –
only available if DTMF type is set to “Info”
DTMD Payload –
to configure the payload type for DTMF
Note: default settings is “RFC2833” which is the standard, Inband type uses frequency to indicate DTMF
tone which is mostly used to be compatible with traditional telephone server. Info type is used for SIP
info message to indicate DTMF message.
Call
Max Local SIP Port –
to configure the maximum local SIP port for designated account
Min Local SIP Port –
to configure the minimum local SIP port for designated account
Caller ID Header –
to configure which caller ID format to show for display on phone UI.
Auto Answer –
if enable, the door station will answer the incoming call automatically
Anonymous Call –
if enabled, the door station will send user=phone within SIP message
Anonymous Call Rejection –
if enabled, all incoming anonymous call will be rejected
Missed Call Log –
to display the miss call log
Prevent SIP Hacking –
to prevent SIP from being hacked
Session Timer
Active –
to enable or disable session timer feature. If enabled the ongoing call will be
disconnected automatically once the session expires, unless it’s been refresh by UAC or UAS
Session Expire –
to configure the session expire time
Session Refresher –
to configure who should be responsible for refreshing the session
Note: UAC means User Agent Client or stands for IP phone, UAS means User Agent Server or stands for
SIP server
Encryption –
If voice Encryption is enabled all audio signal will be encrypted for more security
NAT
UDP Keep Alive Message –
if enabled, door station will send UDP keep-alive message
periodically to router to keep NAT port alive
UDP Alive Message Interval –
keep alive message interval
Rport –
if enabled, it will add remote port into outgoing SIP message for designated account
User Agent –
One can customize user agent field in the SIP message, if user agent is set to a specific
value user could see the information from PCAP. If user agent is not set by default, user could see the
company name, model and firmware version from PCAP
