1)
Scan. Note: this may
take few seconds for
the scanner to rest. The
Scanner will beep.

From your device start the Bluetooth pairing
process by selecting the scanner from your
available Bluetooth devices. The scanner will be
listed as 1564+scanner serial number. If the
scanner is listed, but will not pair remove the
scanner from the list of Bluetooth devices.
4)
The pairing process will begin and a “pairing code”
will appear on your device.
If the “pairing code”
does not appear automatically your device may
notify you to “Create a pairing code for me”, or
similar verbiage. Select this option as needed.
5)
Scan. Do NOT scan
until the pairing code is
displayed
on
your
device.
6)
For each
digit of the “pairing code” on your screen
scan the corresponding barcode numbers from the
table to the right. You should hear a single high-
pitched beep for each digit. If the beep is a low-
pitched beep, go back to step 1.
7)
Scan immediately after the last digit of
the “pairing
code” is entered. The
scanner will now be
paired to your device.
