•
has, thanks to his technical training and experience,
adequate knowledge of the work to be carried out;
•
is sufficiently familiar with the health and safety regu-
lations, accident prevention regulations and general-
ly recognised rules of engineering that he can assess
the safe condition of the products described here.
Operating personnel
Operating personnel
•
has been trained in the proper use of the system in a
corresponding operators' training course;
•
performs the intended and necessary operating func-
tions on the system for the intended use;
•
is qualified and trained to record abnormalities occur-
ring during operation or test routines and to initiate
the corresponding measures:
– this includes the reporting of abnormalities that
the operator is unable to remedy or assess him-
self to the responsible maintenance level and/or
superior.
