Operation
6.5.11.6 Setting the Draft
Precondition:

The "SYSTEM SETUP" menu is unlocked


6.5.11.7 Setting of the Date and Time
The date and time can be set manually or synchronised automatically via an interface.
6.5.11.7.1 Setting the Date
The menu items "Year", "Month" and "Day" are available in the "Date and Time" menu for
manual setting of the date.
Set date
Precondition:

The "SYSTEM SETUP" menu is unlocked  6.5.4.4.
Proceed as follows to set the draft:
1. Select menu item MAIN MENU > SYS-
TEM SETUP > Draft

.
2. Press the [ENTER] key.
3. Set the digits for the value of the draft in
turn using the [CURSOR] keys (up or
down) and confirm each with the [EN-
TER] key.
– After setting the last digit and
pressing the
[ENTER] key, the set
value for the draft is saved.

The date and time are displayed in the status bar (  6.3.2.3 "Status Bar").
Proceed as follows to set the date:
1. Navigate to the menu MAIN MENU >
SYSTEM SETUP > Date and Time .
2. Select one of the menu items

for set-
ting the date.
3. Press the [ENTER] key to confirm the
selection.
4. Select the desired value by pressing
the [CURSOR] keys.
5. Press the [ENTER] key to confirm the
selection.
–
The date is changed.
6. If necessary, repeat steps 2 to 5 for the
other menu items for setting the date.
