Greasing Procedure
CAUTION: When servicing or carrying out
maintenance on the harvester head, always
ensure the tilt frame is in the harvesting or
processing position and the locking pin is
installed.
CAUTION: To prevent possible injury while
working in the arm capture zones or the saw bar
opening, follow safety precautions. Lower the
harvester head to the ground and stop the
engine.
1.Park machine on level ground.
2.Stop engine and remove key.
3.Attach a DO NOT OPERATE tag in an obvious place
in the operator’s cab.
4.Turn the Waratah switch to the OFF position.
5.Grease the locations indicated below.

NOTE: The HTH622B SIII has three link options, each
with different greasing locations.
