Product Overview
1. Extend:
RJ45 Female Connector (No LED indicator) converter allows 10/100 Base-T Ethernet and
PoE power to be transmitted using a CAT5 or better UTP cable with 4 pairs.
2. Link:
This LED light indicates the cable connection status. The LED will shine after 10 seconds of
first connection IF the connection is successful; if the LED does not shine after 10 seconds, the
connection is unsuccessful.
3. Pwr:
This LED light indicates the power status. Light On : Power; Light Off: No power.
4. Ethernet/PoE:
RJ45 connector; attaches to PoE IP Camera or Hub via CAT5, 5e, 6, or 7 patch
cables

Eth:
This LED light indicates the communication status. Light Flashing: Successful
communication with traffic; Light Off: No connection.
6.
Power Jack:
Optional plug for DC power source when PoE Hub cannot provide enough power.
7.
PoE:
This LED light indicates the PoE power status. Light On: PoE power is provide; Light Off: No
PoE power

2wIP-E-S-TW or 2wIP-E-C-TW: *1pc.

Installation Step
IP Camera End:
1.
Connect the IP Camera RJ45 connector to
the 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port of the 2wIP-
E-C-TW using a standard CAT5/6 cable at a
maximum of 100m (328ft) in length.
2.
Connect on end of a long UTP cable CAT5, 5e, 6,
or 7) to the RJ45 Extend connector (No light) of the 2wIP-E-C-TW.
3. When the PoE+ Hub or DC48V power adapter for 2wIP-E-S-TW are not providing enough power to
the IP Camera and 2wIP-E-C-TW, a DC48V power adapter will be needed at the 2wIP-E-C-TW end.

Switch Hub End:
1. Connect the PoE switch Hub RJ45 connector to the 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port of the
2wIP-E-S-TW using a standard CAT5/6 cable at a maximum of 100m (328ft) in length.
2. Connect one end of a long UTP cable (CAT5, 5e, 6, or 7) to the RJ45 Extend connector (No light) of
the 2wIP-E-S-TW.
