6. User and Maintenance Instructions
The e-Suite Taps are designed and manufactured from high quality materials. With
correct installation, operation and maintenance as described by the instructions given
in this manual, the unit will give reliable, efficient service. If you need any further
information or advice, please contact Wallgate customer services.
Wallgate offers a comprehensive service package, details of which can be obtained
from our customer service department.
NOTE: The pillar tap has a traditional appearance but is of a unique
construction. Service work should only be carried out by a Wallgate Engineer.
Refer to the Wallgate terms and conditions for warranty information.
6.1 Operation

The WDC control unit is switched ON and OFF using the main isolation switch
provided by the installer, located in close proximity to the electronic control unit.
NOTE: If a fault occurs with the unit you must set the isolator to the OFF
position until the fault is repaired by a qualified engineer.
WARNING! Risk of electric shock, serious injury and death. Only trained and
qualified personnel should remove the cover of the electronic control box.
Opening the WDC will void the warranty on the product.
2. Operate the cold or hot taps by rotating anti-clockwise for ON and clockwise for
OFF. The product is designed to have the appearance and operation of a
conventional pillar tap but with the following additional features: -

The tap will switch off automatically after a period of 5 minutes (to prevent
accidental flooding) this time is adjustable via the WDC controller.
•
The tap can be set to perform an automatic hygiene purge, following a period of
inactivity, this function is adjustable via the WDC controller.
