Power supply by battery
1.
Switch off the device. To do this, move the on/off switch (25)
to the [0 OFF] position.
2.
Insert two sufficiently charged V-mount batteries into the two
battery docks (12) of the fixture. A distinct click and the
snapping out of the release button (13) signal that the battery
is securely in place. Do not run the device on just one battery.
3.
To switch on, set the on/off switch (25) to the [I BATTERY]
position.
WARNING
Batteries can leak or explode if handled improperly.
Only use batteries that are specified in these operating
instructions, see chapter 25.
Do not place batteries in a fire or expose them to direct heat.
Remove batteries if you are not going to use the product for a
longer time or if the batteries are discharged.
If battery fluid comes into contact with skin or clothing, rinse
immediately with fresh water.
Do not charge batteries unattended.
Disconnect the charger from the mains as soon as charging is
complete.
Recommendations for the use of rechargeable batteries
Replace the rechargeable batteries at the latest when the light
of the lamp starts to flicker.
Before removing the batteries, switch off the device using the
appropriate switch.
