6.3.2 Setting the PROFINET Configuration
For each IO-Link port, specify the type of IO-Link device that is connected to the port: dig-
ital input, digital output or IO-Link device.
The PROFINET IO-Link product has a modular structure. Slot 0 is the PROFINET access
point with four submodules. Slot 1 contains the IO-Link master and eight IO-Link ports.
