Color Coding for Identifying the Component Type
To get an overview of the different I/O components quickly and easily, they are color-
coded.

Color Coding for Identifying Functionality
To quickly and easily get an overview of the component classes present in a node, they
are color-coded. The color coding is implemented as follows:
• Housings with up to 4 round display elements have permanently built-in, color-coded,
pull-out labeling fields.
• Housings with 8 display elements can be color-coded by attaching labeling elements
(Mini-WSB) over the display elements.
• For housings with 16 display elements, they are highlighted in color.
