Configuring via the Web-Based Management
System (WBM)
An internal file system and an integrated Web server can be used for
configuration and administration of the system. Together, they are referred to as
the Web-based Management System (WBM).
The HTML pages saved internally provide you with information about the
configuration and status of the fieldbus node.
Always restart after making changes to the configuration!
The system must always be restarted for the changed configuration settings to
take effect.
1.
To open the WBM, launch a Web browser (e. g., Microsoft Internet
Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
2.
Enter the IP address of the fieldbus coupler/controller in the address bar.
3.
Click
[Enter]
to confirm.
The start page of WBM loads.
4.
Select the link to the desired HTML page in the left navigation bar.
A query dialog appears.
5.
Enter your user name and password in the query dialog (default: user =
“admin”, password = “wago” or user = “user”, password = “user”).
The corresponding HTML page is loaded.
6.
Make the desired settings.
7.
Press
[SUBMIT]
to confirm your changes or press
[UNDO]
to discard the
changes.
8.
Restart the system to apply the settings (HTML page “Security”, button
[Software Reset]
).
