8.2.5 CHANGING OR CLEANING THE EDGE FILTER
1. Flush and clean the spray gun in accordance with Chapter
8.1.2 .

2. Relieve the pressure of the spray gun and device.
3. Secure the spray gun with the trigger locking device.
4. Place the size A open-end wrench on the filter socket (32)
and hold it in place.
5. Loosen the product hose (33) with a size B open-end
wrench.
6. Place the size B open-end wrench on the filter housing
(30) and hold it in place.
7. Loosen the filter housing (30) with a size A open-end
wrench.
8. Remove the edge filter (31).
9. Clean the filter housing (30), filter socket (32) and edge
filter with flushing agent.
Assembly:
10. Fit the cleaned or new edge filter (31) into the filter socket
(32).
11. Screw on filter socket (32) by hand and tighten with two
open-ended wrenches.
12. Place the product hose (33) on the filter socket (32) and
tighten with two open-ended wrenches.
